The Diva 8 is a stylish and subtle surface mount installation loudspeaker built upon many years of research and development.

 

 

The distinctive spheroid ported cabinet eliminates internal standing waves improving efficiency and low-frequency output. The Diva 8 is available in a black or white enclosure that can be painted to match any decor, enhancing its suitability for style-conscious environments.

 

 

A proprietary mounting system makes installation effortless, once the mounting is attached to the wall the speaker is easily attached by pushing it onto the brackets spring-loaded latch. At this stage your hands are now free to make the wiring connections and angle adjustments. A single hex nut is used to lock the mechanism, ensuring that your speaker stays in the correct position.

 

 

Based on a 2-way co-axial design the Diva 8 uses an 8" custom Wharfedale Pro transducer with a 2" diaphragm, 1.2" exit titanium compression driver on a coaxially mounted waveguide. The Diva 8 has a very wide frequency response of 60Hz-20kHz and is capable of 108dB SPL @ 1m.

 

 

A 70.7 /100-volt line matching transformer ensures impedance matched connectivity with your high impedance amplifier or external line transformer. The 70.7 power tap has 7.5W, 15W, 30W, and 60W modes while the 100-volt power tap has 15W, 30W, and 60W modes. A low impedance (8?) setting allows connectivity to a low impedance amplifier, giving you 160W of continuous program output per Diva 8.
